My Story and Its Purpose

I am as you see me through my writings, very slim and most people call me ‘skinny’ and that’s fine with me. We only have one body and it is up to us to take care of it and give it a priority because no one else will. It is your own responsibility.

I am a Registered Nurse, Human Behavior Consultant, NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnotist, and some other disciplines.

Although I have worked in different institutions, my profession covered a lot about personal health, healing, wellness and wellbeing, strength, vitality, energy, forever youth and beauty, prosperous mindset, and most of all spiritual enlightenment

Here, I’d like to let you know that you too can have the forever beauty, youth, wellness, and wellbeing that you are here to create and enjoy your process of life with peace and harmony without the struggle of losing weight through dieting, exercise, taking pills, powders or potions, or even going as drastic as having Liposuction surgery or CoolSculpting.

For many years, losing weight was never my priority in my life. I don’t need to. If ever, I would do something about putting on some weight.

Everywhere I go, any country, to the malls, shopping centers, grocery stores, to the park, on the streets, in any get-together, family’s or friend’s functions, work-related or business parties, or just plain having dinner at a restaurant or at any hotel, I have always observed too many people, men and women, adults and even children are out of shape and most are what you call ‘obese.’

This really concerns me a lot because one of the reasons for acquiring illness or disease is neglecting your body and letting it go to the point where you become dysfunctional and eventually you get sick and worst with a debilitating disease.

I quite remembered when I was ten years old, I read a book from our home library and it was discussing health and illness and something caught me.

The author explained that once you take yourself and your body for granted and you become overweight, that would lead to five D’s that you should always be wary about.

Those five D’s are disfigurement, discomfort, disability, disease, and death. Those five D’s stuck to my mind to this day and if you think about it, how many millions if not billions are in this situation now or on the verge of going through this frightening condition of their lives.

This is so alarming and eventually fatal when we just don’t pay attention to this life-threatening condition.

I am here to make you aware of the consequences of this terrifying condition and what you can do about it without going through stress and strain and just happily continuing to pursue your goal because life is many splendored miracles and amazingly sublime.

Look with wonder at your New You moving forward to your expanded good divinely guided and guarded and lavishly beautified and blessed.

Effect of Thought on Health and the Body

One of the main things that I’ve learned many, many years ago is that for anything to be successful it has to be done consistently, persistently, and diligently over a period of time.

This is dramatically different from anything you’ve ever tried before or maybe you are thinking of doing something about your life right here right now because this is more of a “subconscious change process” for losing weight than a traditional “program.”

You definitely have to program yourself to align with your own activities and still loving them without pushing yourself. And that is one of the ways you can finally say that you are on your way to Capture your Dream.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Elizabeth Lawrence
